I’ve been really, really bad with working out and doing healthy stuff.
I am eating healthy and drinking water, but not really doing much in the way of exercise like I should be.
Tomorrow I will make myself do yoga again.

Friday 9/23
Exercise:
45 minutes of yoga/bellydance exercise
I’m sweating and my stomach and back are cold to the touch. Drinking some water then I’m gonna take a shower. Might have a snack if I can find anything good to eat.
Kind of dreading the weigh-in process because of uterus-induced chocolate cravings I had this week. Also, I had meat and potatoes for dinner last night… and potatoes for brunch. :(

I weighed myself this morning
The scale said 155.8, which is pretty cool.But my weight fluctuates a lot, which is why I hate weighing myself on a daily basis.
We’ll see if it’s the same when I get home from work tonight, then I’ll be happy.

Tuesday 9/13
H2O: 35-ish oz :(
Breakfast/Lunch (around 2): Chicken and vegetable somen noodle bowl with broth (ate all of the chicken and noodles, not so much the veggies since I don’t like cabbage or zucchini), 1 cheese thingy, ginger salad
Dinner (around 8): Hotdog bun thingy, bite of yakisoba bun (I didn’t like how it tasted, sadface), 3 Chinese donuts
Other: 1 macaroon, 2 glasses of Coke (I had a caffeine migraine), 1 small caramel latteI did a LOT of walking today. I went to several different large grocery stores, Best Buy and Wal-Mart, and walked a circuit around nearly the entire store. More water should have been had, but thanks to my dependence upon caffeine I had to drink the soda and coffee before it went away. My system is still corrupted by Con Crud but it isn’t as bad today, thanks mostly in part to sleeping all day yesterday and being a lazy butt.
Tomorrow I have work until 5 and then, in theory, I will be going to my best friends house and doing stuff. And if she doesn’t object, I might go down to her gym and do the treadmill for a while.. if I feel like it. :/

Saturday 9/10
H2O: 40 oz +
Breakfast: 2 cups coffee w/ creamer and sugar; 1 cinnamon donut
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup, caesar salad, chicken salad and small pumpkin caramel latte (I can’t say no to pumpkin flavor!)
Dinner: To be eaten soon!
Other: 2 glasses of orange juiceI worked from 8:30 until 5:30 today, luckily I wasn’t forced to stay at the service desk all day so I got to move around. Also, during my lunch break I walked across the parking lot to the Whole Foods where I ate my healthy lunch. Then, after work I walked around the Ulta while I waited on my ride to show up.
In theory, after dinner gets eaten I will be going on a walk.

Chipolte Nutrition Chart = OMG Math
So, I went to the official Chipolte website for the nutritional values on things. I’ll try and recreate what I normally get.
Chicken Burrito Bowl ala Moi:
Rice: 130 cal/ 3 oz -> possibly 3 servings, it’s hard to tell because they fill the bottom of the bowl = 390 cal ?
Chicken: 190 cal/ 4 oz -> might be that plus a little bit more? = 380 cal ?
Salsa: 20 cal/ 3.5 oz -> sounds about right
Sour Cream: 120 cal/ 2 oz -> probably, they’re pretty skimpy with the sour cream
Cheese: 100 cal/ 1 oz -> probably 2 servings = 200 cal ?
Lettuce: 10 cal/ 1.2 oz -> lettuce is kinda negligible cause it’s mostly water, right?Projected total: 1120 calories
OH HOLY SHIT.
Now, according to ChipolteFan.com and their little calculator with everything above selected, it should be around 565 calories per serving. If you multiply that by 2, you get 1130 calories. Which means that HALF of one of the bowls is 1 serving.
So, if you ate half of a bowl for lunch and the other half for dinner, you’d be okay and have 880 calories left for the day, not including breakfast and your coffee with sugar and half & half (because drinking it with Splenda and skim milk is gross!) or any other snacks, if you go by the 2000 cal/day school. Good to know, I guess. It’s just really hard to not eat the entire thing because it’s so fucking delicious.
Gotta.. ration them out somehow… damn…

Let’s Be Wordy!
Sadly I had to work the service desk so that meant having to stay put for the entire night. Usually if I’m on another register, I run around the store putting stuff away and taking the trash out while we’re slow so that we can leave earlier than 9:30.
Tomorrow I’ll probably get to move around some, hopefully I won’t be stuck in one place for the entire night.. I really hate not being able to get things done.
I did manage to drink an entire 22 oz bottle of water while at work, which with what I drank before work puts me at like 44 oz for the day. Not as much as I usually drink, but it was a slow day. The busier I am, the more I drink. Also, I have a bladder the size of a peanut so I try not to have to take bathroom breaks every hour. :/
Food wise I was kinda bad? My problem is that I don’t sleep normally, so I don’t eat normally. My “breakfast/lunch” was at 3 PM and I had a ham and cheese sandwich. When I got off of work at 9 PM I went to Chipolte for dinner and got a chicken bowl. I’m dreading the quest to their website to see nutritional values on things.. I’m telling myself it’s ok because of the protein and vegetables. But, I didn’t eat quite all of the bowl, so I’ll probably eat it tomorrow before I go to work. I think I get a lunch break tomorrow, so I need to try and figure out what to bring with me.
Well, that turned into a lot of words that in the TL;DNR version:
I didn’t work out, drank around 44 oz of water, ate kind of bad but maybe not food.

I’m only gonna be following people that are also in the Operation Cosplay family or are workout type blogs.
That being said, I need some inspirational people to follow or blogs that give good tips.

Day 1, But Not Really
As feared, I have come down with a slight case of Con Crud after the insanity that was Dragon*Con. That means I didn’t really feel like doing a whole lot of anything, except be lazy.
I did manage to walk around a level of the mall and a few other stores, which is better than from my room to the computer. My plan is to find a good pedometer app and put it on my phone for the times that I am doing a lot of walking so that I can kind of guesstimate how far I’ve gone.
Hopefully I’ll feel better and the weather will stop being gross and I can start going on walks around my neighborhood again. Luckily I kept myself healthy and drank a lot of water and had a smoothie for breakfast/lunch while at the mall. Dinner was a grilled cheese sandwich, half of a turkey sandwich and some chicken-rice soup.

I Was Really Bad
As my “last hurrah” before starting this.. diet.. thing, I went out to eat with my roommates at Steak and Shake.
I had both. And fries. But also apple slices.. dipped in caramel..?
It was bad, but I had to. I was craving it and I knew that if I didn’t give in then it would taunt me for the rest of the week. So, to save myself the agony of cravings, I gorged myself on a double cheeseburger and a dark chocolate shake. It was so good.
But now it’s time to get down to business.
